I so wanted a glasses and I've checked out firmoo many times not realizing I needed a prescription. So I went and got my prescription and came back. It was a bit difficult in the beginning because I didn't understand what they were asking about pd but then I download the glasses on app and got it. I then switch back to looking for my glasses and with the help of my agent Mary I was able to choose a glasses, get a discount and place my order in full. My experience was good because at some point I was getting frustrated and the agent was so patient with me. Even after I had purchased my frame I had some other questions and she didn't close the chat until she was sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend firmoo to anyone who need a good glasses and an understanding agent. Thank you firmoo, I anxiously awaits my pair of extra eyes.

The product arrived in perfect condition and their pricing was very reasonable. They offered a lot of flexibility in lens, coating, and frame selection.

I found their site didn't explain enough about UV protection on the lenses, but beyond that the experience was great!
